31 Crown St Inspection Report, August 2017

Entry inspection was carried out on Saturday, 5th August 2017 by John Williams and Victoria Cassidy. The form was signed.

Issues noted, and actions to be taken.

  1. Issues to note:
    1. Various pre-existing damage to paintwork, photos below.
    2. Dishwasher stored in sleepout may cause problems or discomfort. Remove?
    3. Cracked window near back door.
    4. Will leave as-is unless it becomes a problem for the tenants.
  2. To do:
    1. Toilet window handle broken. Will be repaired by John on Tuesday Aug 9th.
    2. Victoria to give John a WINZ form for bond and rent payments.
    3. Five light bulbs missing. Fixed: Sun Aug. 6th
    4. Toilet window pane broken. Fixed: Monday Aug 7th, by by Otago Glass Ltd.
    5. John to apply for WINZ Merchant ID. Form taken to WINZ on Monday, Aug 7th.
    6. WINZ advised that it may take up to two weeks to process.
    7. Possibly non-functional clothes dryer to be removed.
    8. Will do that in the weekend after tenancy begins.
